Betsy Leighton
Betsy Leighton is a spiritual mentor in Minneapolis, Minnesota who focuses her practice on women.
In addition to providing one-on-one spiritual mentoring, Betsy also markets a compact disk of women’s music, chants and blessings for use in sacred circle (check out the “blessing music” page.)
Betsy has a degree in Psychology from Middlebury College, with a concentration in Women’s Studies, and is ordained as a clergy person. She is trained through Spirations Institute as a spiritual mentor, and is licensed in the state of Minnesota to perform weddings, blessings, funerals, invocations, rites and ceremonies. Betsy has also been a student of yoga and meditation since 1992.
Betsy is a mother of three, and a natural childbirth and breastfeeding advocate. She gave birth to her children at home, including the unintentional, unassisted, yet uncomplicated home birth of her identical twin daughters.
